Hubei Xianning Jihua Garden

Project Introduction

Xianning Jihua Garden is located near Guixiang Avenue in Xianning, Hubei Province, with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan and a planned area of 1500 acres. It will create a fashionable amusement park in central China that integrates tourism, commerce, leisure, sports, entertainment, and health preservation. The entire area combines Cyanthos-lake, Cyanthos-lake River, and Cyanthos-lake Valley to meet the needs of different tracks. The Cyanthos-lake Valley project has become the largest indoor skiing site in the Huazhong region, with a total water area of 11300 square meters for Cyanthos-lake and Cyanthos-lake River. Based on this, hot spring resort hotels, characteristic commercial streets, and low-density residences have been built. With indoor ice and snow sports and hot spring resort hotels as the core, a planning layout of "one lake, one ring, one island, one belt, two pavilions" will be formed, which will become a unique benchmark for the full chain micro vacation of ice and snow+hot spring tourism in central China. This will enhance the level of indoor skiing and entertainment projects in Hubei Province, while driving the flow of local talents and higher quality economic and social development.
